Bio: Professor Amina Kurtovic-Kozaric, PhD is a genomics scientist with more than 20 years of experience across clinical molecular diagnostics, precision oncology, and rare disease genomics.
As Senior Manager at Genomenon, she leads genomic evidence programs for biopharma partners, working across science, AI, and engineering teams to turn literature-scale genomic evidence into insights for drug discovery, biomarker strategy, and clinical development.
A Cornell graduate with a doctorate from the Vienna BioCenter and a Fulbright Scholar at Cleveland Clinic, she founded the first molecular diagnostics and genetics laboratory at the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo.
She is also Full Professor of Genetics at International Burch University and leads the Bosnian Human Genome Project.
