The International Information Management Association was founded in 1989, with the mission to provide a unique blend of high-quality academic research combined with social interaction.

The 23rd Annual Conference takes place in Chicago, IL, from 15 - 17 October 2012, the conference theme is:
Cyber Reality: Its Impact on society (business, economics, education, healthcare, etc.), and the World.
