An Online Symposium: Keys to Great Online Teaching and Learning

Join our online symposium on Wednesday, September 30th @ 11 am Eastern Standard Time (USA) to discuss online teaching and learning. The online symposium will be conducted by Alison Munsch, PhD, Assistant Professor in the La Penta School of Business at Iona College and Vice President of Strategy for the IIMA.

In this age of COVID-19, teaching online has become an important skill for educators to master. In this hour-long session with an optional 30-minute extension to the session for questions, answers and discussion, learn about:

  • Different dimensions of online teaching
  • Keys to success when running an online class
  • Best practices for teaching online
  • Pros and cons of online teaching
  • Creating successful student engagement
  • Class session logistics and technology considerations
